Blonde with red streaks, reaches mid-back
Red (was once blue)
College Student/Computer Technician
was transported to the world of “Yu Yu Hakusho”. Yusuke was once again skipping class on the rooftop of the school
building being scolded by Kayko when she literally dropped in on them. Ryoko soon discovered that her golden blonde hair had
grown red streaks and her blue eyes were red (the pupils turn into cat-like slits when she’s angry). She also grew large,
blonde, fennec fox-like ears and a matching tail, all tipped in red (her ears also had black designs on them). She had two
black stripes on each cheek underneath her eyes as well. Yusuke and Kayko found the girl very strange (especially when she
began freaking out about her strange new appearance and spazzing out about being in America one minute and Japan the next
and the fact that one of her most favorite animes was real), and Yusuke decided to take the girl to Kurama and Hiei to see
what they thought.
letting out just as Yusuke and Ryoko began leaving, Kuwabara and Kayko decided to tag along, meeting Botan on the way. Immediately
upon meeting Hiei, Ryoko began referring to him as “Hedgehog.” The gang confirmed that Ryoko had fox demon blood
in her and was more or less a half-demon. Her spirit energy seemed extremely powerful, but it was locked away and it would
take intense training for her to master it. In the middle of their conversation, the group was attacked by black corpses that
came up out of the ground. After the corpses were defeated, the gang sought out Genkai and told her about what had happened.
Unable to solve the mystery, Ryoko was allowed to stay at Genkai’s until she found a way home back to Kitt, Prue, and
Mouse. During this time she began training with Genkai, Yusuke, Kuwabara, Kurama, and a reluctant Hiei.
It wasn’t long before the mystery of the black corpses was solved. While training in the
forest alone one night, Ryoko was attacked by a necromancer of a demon. Overpowered by the dark foe, Ryoko nearly turned into
her demon form of a large, black fox. When Hiei arrived and the demon vanished with a sinister laugh, he somehow managed to
calm her down and she passed out. Hiei took her to Genkai’s and told her about the demon and about Ryoko almost transforming.
They found out later that the demon, which was half fire demon and half dark demon, was Kamurou. Kamurou was interested in
Ryoko because of her power. He saw her as a threat to his power and wanted to kill her. He became a threat to everyone and
Ryoko, angry at herself for being so weak, pushed her body to the limit to try and defeat him.Ryoko’s powers consist of powerful attacks known as Armageddon, Reaver Infernal, Unicorn of the
Angel Flame (a move that Hiei helped her to discover), various fire attacks, and the ability to turn into a large demon fox.
When in her demon fox form, she's fierce, ticked off, dangerous, and just plain mean. She's almost an unstoppable force in
this form and is unable to control her actions and will even hurt those she cares for, stopping at nothing to destroy her
adversaries and to satisfy her taste for action and blood, not caring if she kills others. When she transforms into her demon
fox form, (which she only does so when she's extremely angry or feels great sadness or pain), she's 12-feet tall. She's black
and her eyes are the same. The tips of her ears, all six tails, underbelly, and legs are red. Her nose and paw pads are black and she has long black
claws. There are red markings underneath her eyes and feathery red hair wavers around like fire on her legs. Along the length
of her neck is a black mane of hair. Ryoko is also skilled in sword combat and receives a jagged-edged katana. Its sheath
is black with black and red-streaked cloth wrapped around it, the same cloth wrapped around the hilt. On the end if the hilt
is a black tassel with a silver ankh charm attached to it.
